Descrição: We're looking for a Customer Service to join our Customer ServiceTeam, in Santos.The ideal candidate will be responsible for deliver the highest levels of quality, be customer-oriented and create value for customers as well as for Hapag-Lloyd.In This Role You Will:Handle Customer phone callsBuild Expertise in all topics related to Imports, Booking Export and DocumentationFollow standard processes and new requirements as communicated by managementVerify transport exceptions and bill additional costs / fees to customer where applicable. Addresses all necessary communicationFollow up transshipment whenever a demand in placeHandles revenue dispute capturingProcess change of destinationAct as point of entry for Bills of Lading inquiriesWhen required, handle B/L amendments for urgent casesHandle Bill of Lading releases requests (Telex release, certificates)Handle import documents like arrival notice, delivery order and container release for single requestsWhat You’ll Need:Experience in Customer ServiceDesirable experience in ExcelEnglish intermediateAble to work well with others and follow guidelinesPositive attitudeIdiomas:Inglês - Nível Intermediário
